What this website collects

This site has no forms, no analytics, no advertising trackers and sets no cookies. The free scorecard runs entirely in your browser: your answers are not sent anywhere and are gone when you close the page.

The site is hosted by Netlify, which may record technical data such as IP addresses in its server logs to operate and secure the service. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.

When you email

If you write to us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include, such as your store URL and your question. We use it only to reply, to scope work you ask about, and to deliver work you buy. Email is stored in Gmail, provided by Google. We do not sell your information or add you to a mailing list.

Store and account information

For a Diagnostic we ask only for the minimum evidence the agreed scope needs, by read-only invitation or redacted screenshots. We never ask for passwords or customer-level exports by email. Your store's material is never used in public examples without your written permission.

Your choices

Ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing ogachi.nimrod@gmail.com. We will delete it unless we must keep a record for a legal or accounting reason, such as an invoice.
