For Shopify pet, animal-wellness and replenishment brands
Turn more first-time buyers into repeat customers.
Repeat Foundry helps Shopify pet, animal-wellness and replenishment brands find the lifecycle gaps between first purchase and purchase #2, then turn the highest-priority opportunities into a clear retention action plan.
48-Hour Second-Purchase Diagnostic — USD 750, subject to confirmed fit and scope.
Evidence-first. No invented client results. Portfolio concepts and hypothetical work are labelled.
- Day 0First order
- Day 3Delivered
- Day 10How to use it, what to expect
- Day 22–30Reorder window: supply running low, then out
- Day 45A generic reminder lands too late
Illustration of timing only. Real windows come from your product's dosing or usage and your own order data. Explore the run-out calculator with fictional example values.
The approach
What the Diagnostic looks at
We examine the journey after the first order—product education, message timing, replenishment and reasons to return—then show your team what to fix first.
Each store is scored across ten lifecycle dimensions. Anything that cannot be seen with the access you choose to give is marked not assessed. It is never scored as zero and never guessed.
- 01Capture and consent
- 02Welcome and onboarding
- 03Cart and browse recovery
- 04Post-purchase education
- 05Replenishment and cross-sell
- 06Win-back
- 07Segmentation and personalization
- 08Deliverability and list health
- 09Analytics and attribution
- 10Loyalty, referral and subscription fit
The offer
One store. 48 hours. A plan you can act on.
48-Hour Second-Purchase Diagnostic — USD 750, subject to confirmed fit and scope. One-store lifecycle scorecard; three evidence-ranked findings; a 30-day action plan. Unverified gaps are labeled hypotheses, not proven lost revenue. Implementation is separate. The delivery clock starts only after agreed inputs, access, payment condition and capacity are confirmed.
What you receive
- A Second Purchase Score across 10 lifecycle dimensions
- Three priority findings, each with an evidence source, confidence level, recommended action and measurement plan
- A 30-day action plan ranked by expected business impact and effort
- An executive summary for founder, growth or CRM leadership
- A recommended next step: fix internally, engage Repeat Foundry for a Sprint, or do nothing yet
Not included unless agreed separately
- Flow implementation and ongoing campaigns
- Email design and production sends
- SMS compliance sign-off and new integrations
- Any guarantee of deliverability or revenue
A bounded Pilot is USD 1,000; a 30-Day Sprint is USD 3,000. A defined implementation need can go directly to either after fit and scope are confirmed. The paid Diagnostic is optional. There is no retainer and no obligation to upgrade.
How the 48 hours work
From your question to a ranked plan
- Before the clock
Scope and inputs
You send your store URL and the retention question you most want answered. We agree the scope, inputs, read-only access, payment and a start time.
- Hours 0–24
Evidence
Discovery and evidence collection across the ten dimensions, using only what you have authorized.
- Hours 24–48
Score and plan
Scoring, diagnosis, prioritization and executive recommendations, delivered as one report.
- After
Your decision
Fix it internally, scope a Pilot or Sprint, or do nothing yet. The plan is usable either way.
What to have ready
- Store URL and your retention question
- Main products and their expected reorder cycle
- What your current flows and journeys do
- The minimum account evidence the scope needs, preferably aggregated: a read-only invitation or redacted screenshots
What we measure
Second purchase rate, time to second purchase, 30/60/90-day cohort repeat rate, purchase frequency, LTV, and contribution-aware repeat revenue where data permits. Revenue attributed by your email platform is never the only measure.
Proof you can check
Self-directed work samples
Public examples and teardowns are self-directed demonstrations unless a real client relationship, result and permission are verified.
A sample Diagnostic report, start to finish
Self-directed work sample showing my diagnosis and QA process; not a client result. It shows the scorecard, the three findings with their evidence and confidence, the 30-day plan and the metrics to baseline first.
Not ready for the Diagnostic?
Use the free Second-Purchase Scorecard worksheet. It is a planning worksheet, not an account audit. It runs in your browser and nothing you enter is sent anywhere.
Who you work with
Nimrod Ogachi, founder
I founded Repeat Foundry to help ecommerce teams find where the journey between the first order and the second breaks, and turn those gaps into a practical retention plan.
I work hands-on in Klaviyo and prepare each Diagnostic myself. I am based in Nairobi, Kenya, work remotely by email, and confirm start and delivery times in your timezone.
Questions buyers ask
Before you send your store
Do you need my Klaviyo or Shopify password?
No. Use a read-only invitation or send redacted screenshots. Please do not email passwords or customer-level exports.
What if some data is not available?
That dimension is marked not assessed. It is never scored as zero, and private metrics are never inferred from your public storefront.
Will you build the fixes?
Implementation is separate. A bounded Pilot (USD 1,000) or 30-Day Sprint (USD 3,000) can follow the Diagnostic, or start directly when fit and scope are confirmed. You can also hand the plan to your own team.
Do you guarantee a result?
No. The Diagnostic does not promise a revenue lift. Each recommendation separates what was observed from what is a hypothesis, and says how to measure it.
Is it only for pet brands?
Pet, animal-wellness and replenishment brands are the current focus. Other Shopify brands with a product people buy again can ask, and I will say plainly if the Diagnostic is not the right fit.
How do I pay?
USD 750 for one store, paid in full before the 48-hour clock starts, by invoice or payment link. You pay only after scope and fit are confirmed.
Next step
Where is the path to purchase two breaking down?
Send your store URL, the retention question you most want answered and your desired timeline. An optional free public-page fit conversation can help confirm scope; it does not include the paid Diagnostic or a private account audit.
